Hi, I'm Cerissa!

 

I'm a freelance filmmaker and creative consultant. I produce, write, film, and edit; a jack (or rather, jill) of all trades. I love a good story, who doesn't? But I also love to capture it on film and watch it unfold on screen.

 

A few random things about me:

• San Diego native, born and raised.

• I'm more of a cat person, but I love dogs, too.

• I throw a mean dinner party.

• My name rhymes with Teresa (just in case you were wondering).

• I am obsessed with making lists, as you can see.

• I won't go on ferris wheels, but roller coasters are fine.

• I'm a graduate of the UCSD Digital Arts Program in Video & Editing.

• I also have a bachelors in Communication from UCSD.

• I used to work in marketing until someone told me that it's not too late to follow my dreams of becoming a filmmaker.

• I have been following my dream since 2011.
